The second painting in the series “I AM” is “SIN”. Having grown up in a strict christian household, I felt like I was sinning no matter what I did. Even though religion is no longer part of my life, I was defined and controlled by the what my religion considered SIN.

The painting is acrylic on wood covered with epoxy resin. The resin brings out the colors and depth of the various layers in the painting. The result is a far more vibrant piece of work.
